Gizlilik Politikası
TastePilot; içki ve kokteyl keşfetmenizi, damak profili ve bar envanteri oluşturmanızı, alerjen tercihlerini dikkate alan öneriler almanızı, menü metnini cihazınızda taramanızı ve aboneliğinizi yönetmenizi sağlar. Bu politika, bu özellikleri sunmak için kullanılan verileri açıklar.
İşlediğimiz veriler
- Hesap ve tanımlayıcılar: misafir kullanımında takma adlı bir Supabase kullanıcı kimliği oluşturulur. Apple veya Google ile giriş yapmayı seçerseniz bu sağlayıcının paylaştığı e-posta adresi ve kimlik doğrulama tanımlayıcıları işlenebilir. TastePilot bağımsız e-posta/parola ile üyelik sunmaz. Google ile Giriş; Google Sign-In SDK beyanına uygun olarak kimlik doğrulama, güvenlik, uygulama işlevleri ve analiz için hesap bilgileriyle cihaz veya ağ sinyallerini; cihaz tanımlayıcılarını, yaklaşık konumu, diğer kullanım verilerini ve seçilen Google hesabında mevcutsa telefon numarasını işleyebilir.
- Profil ve kullanıcı içeriği: isteğe bağlı görünen ad, damak testi cevapları ve bunlardan türetilen damak eksenleri, alerjen veya kaçınma tercihleri, favoriler, bar ve mutfak envanteri, dil, görünüm, ölçü ve alkol tercihleri. “Asla önerme” içki türü ve malzeme seçimleri bu sürümde cihazda saklanır; hesaplar arasında eşitlenmez ve alerji güvenlik filtresi olarak sunulmaz.
- Satın almalar: TastePilot Pro'yu doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek için App Store ürün ve işlem tanımlayıcıları, satın alma ve bitiş tarihleri ile abonelik hakkı durumu.
- Ürün etkileşimi: özellik sınırlarını cihazlar arasında uygulamak amacıyla mevcut menü tarama döneminin başlangıcı ve başarılı tarama sayısı.
- Bildirimler: bildirimlere izin verirseniz Apple Anında İlet Bildirim Servisi (APNs) cihaz belirteci, uygulama ortamı, dil, uygulama sürümü, hizmet/pazarlama tercihleri, son görülme zamanı ve kampanya teslim/hata sonuçları. Bildirim metninde hassas tat, alerji veya sağlık çıkarımı kullanılmaz.
- Hesap yaşam döngüsü: hesap silme sayısını ve daha sonra yeniden hesap oluşturulup oluşturulmadığını ölçmek için eski takma adlı kullanıcı kimliği, sağlayıcı türü, silme zamanı ve normalize edilmiş e-postanın yalnızca sunucu anahtarıyla üretilebilen tek yönlü parmak izi en fazla 24 ay tutulur. Ham e-posta bu kayıtta tutulmaz.
- Destek iletişimi: destek talebinizde kendi isteğinizle paylaştığınız bilgiler.
Kamera, fotoğraf arşivi ve menü tarama
Menü tarayıcı, menü metnini tanımak ve eşleşen önerileri göstermek için kamerayı veya seçtiğiniz bir fotoğrafı kullanır. Metin tanıma ve eşleştirme cihazınızda gerçekleşir. TastePilot fotoğrafı, tanınan metni, mekânı veya menü içeriğini sunucuya yüklemez ve saklamaz. Fotoğraf arşivi erişimi, Apple'ın sistem seçicisiyle seçtiğiniz öğeyle sınırlıdır.
İsteğe bağlı hassas tercihler ve açık rıza
Kaçınılan malzemeler ile alkolsüz seçeneklerin öne çıkarılmasına ilişkin cevaplar sağlıkla ilgili bilgi açığa çıkarabilir. Bu iki soru isteğe bağlıdır. Aydınlatma metnini okuduğunuzun doğrulanması açık rıza sayılmaz; sorulardan önce gösterilen ayrı kişiselleştirme adımında, cevapların kişisel uyarı ve öneriler için kullanılması ve hesabınız varsa cihazlar arasında eşitlenmesi amacıyla açık rızanız istenir. Rıza vermeden “Şimdilik geç” seçeneğiyle bu iki soruyu atlayabilir ve uygulamanın diğer özelliklerini kısıtlama olmadan kullanabilirsiniz. Rızanızı Ayarlar bölümünden geri çektiğinizde rıza kaydı ve buna dayanan cevaplar cihazdan ve eşitlenen hesabınızdan silinir.
Verileri nasıl kullanırız
- Uygulamayı sunmak, kişiselleştirmek, eşitlemek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve sorunları gidermek.
- Önerileri, hazırlayabileceğiniz tarifleri ve alerjen uyarılarını hesaplamak.
- Hesapların kimliğini doğrulamak; hesap kurtarma ve silme işlemlerini desteklemek.
- Satın almaları doğrulamak, abonelik haklarını geri yüklemek ve özellik sınırlarını uygulamak.
- Yalnız seçtiğiniz bildirimleri göndermek, hedef sayısını güvenli biçimde önizlemek, teslimi doğrulamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.
- Destek, gizlilik ve hukuki talepleri yanıtlamak.
Kişisel verileri satmayız, davranışsal reklam sunmayız ve kullanıcıları başka şirketlerin uygulama veya siteleri arasında takip etmeyiz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve aktarımlar
Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Apple ile Giriş ve APNs), seçmeniz halinde Google (Google ile Giriş) ve Supabase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve sunucu işlevleri) hizmetlerini kullanırız. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca kendi hizmetlerini sunmak için gerekli ölçüde ve geçerli koşulları uyarınca işler. Veriler Türkiye dışında işlenebilir. Şifreli HTTPS/TLS bağlantıları ve hesapla ilişkili satırları ilgili kullanıcıyla veya yetkili sunucu işlevleriyle sınırlayan erişim kontrolleri uygularız.
Saklama
Hesapla ilişkili profil, envanter, favori, kullanım, bildirim tercihi ve abonelik hakkı kayıtları; güvenlik, uyuşmazlık çözümü, muhasebe veya mevzuat daha uzun bir süre gerektirmedikçe hesap etkin olduğu sürece saklanır. APNs cihaz belirteci çıkışta, hesap silmede, cihaz kaydı kapatıldığında veya Apple tarafından geçersiz bildirildiğinde silinir ya da devre dışı bırakılır. Silme sonrası yaşam döngüsü kaydı ham e-posta, profil, envanter, tercihler, cihaz belirteçleri veya hakları içermez; yalnızca işletme sahibinin erişebildiği operasyon ölçümü için tutulur, reklam/öneride kullanılmaz ve silinen hesabı geri getiremez. Kampanya ve teslim audit kayıtları güvenlik ve operasyon bütünlüğü için gerekli süreyle sınırlı tutulur. Yerel tercihler kullanıcı, uygulama veya işletim sistemi tarafından kaldırılana kadar cihazda kalır. Web destek formu mesajın tam metnini ayrıca site veritabanına kaydetmez; yazışma yalnızca destek posta kutusunda, talebi yanıtlamak ve hukuki yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için makul ölçüde gerekli süre boyunca tutulur.
Seçimleriniz ve silme
Temel özellikleri misafir olarak kullanabilir; Apple veya Google ile giriş yapıp yapmamayı seçebilir, hassas tercih rızanızı uygulama Ayarları'ndan geri çekebilir, “Asla önerme” seçimlerini değiştirebilir veya temizleyebilir, hizmet ve pazarlama bildirimlerini ayrı ayrı yönetebilir ve TastePilot bildirimlerinin tamamını uygulama içinden duraklatabilirsiniz. Sistem bildirim/kamera erişimi ayrıca iOS Ayarları'ndan kapatılabilir. Bildirim iznini reddetmek temel özellikleri kısıtlamaz. Kayıtlı kullanıcılar Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yoluyla hesaplarını ve sunucu tarafındaki hesap verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilir. Ayrıca hesap silme sayfasındaki adımları izleyebilir veya güvenli destek formunu kullanabilirsiniz.
Çocuklar ve alkol
TastePilot yalnızca bulunduğu yerde yasal içki içme yaşını doldurmuş yetişkinler içindir ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama bilgi amaçlı içerik sunar; alkol satmaz veya teslim etmez.
Güvenlik ve değişiklikler
Makul teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemleri uygularız; ancak hiçbir sistem mutlak güvenlik garanti edemez. Bu politikadaki önemli değişiklikler yukarıdaki tarih güncellenerek ve uygun olduğunda uygulama içinde bildirim verilerek duyurulur.

Privacy Policy
TastePilot helps users discover drinks and cocktails, build a taste profile and bar inventory, receive allergen-aware recommendations, scan menu text on-device, and manage a subscription. This policy explains the data used to provide those features.
Data we process
- Account and identifiers: a pseudonymous Supabase user identifier is created for guest use. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, we may process the email address and authentication identifiers that provider shares. TastePilot does not offer a separate email/password account method. Sign in with Google may process account information and device or network signals, including device identifiers, approximate location, other usage data, and—where present in the selected Google account—a phone number, for authentication, security, app functionality, and analytics as declared by the Google Sign-In SDK.
- Profile and user content: an optional display name, taste-quiz answers and derived taste-axis values, allergen or avoidance preferences, favorites, bar and pantry inventory, language, appearance, measurement, and alcohol-preference settings. “Never recommend” spirit and ingredient choices are stored on this device in this release; they are not synced across accounts and are not presented as an allergy-safety filter.
- Purchases: App Store product and transaction identifiers, purchase and expiry dates, and entitlement status used to verify and restore TastePilot Pro.
- Product interaction: the start of the current menu-scan allowance period and the number of successful scans, used only to enforce feature limits across devices.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token, app environment, language, app version, service/marketing preferences, last-seen time, and campaign delivery or failure results. Sensitive taste, allergy, or health inferences are not used in notification text.
- Account lifecycle: the former pseudonymous user ID, provider type, deletion time, and a server-keyed one-way fingerprint of the normalized email, retained for up to 24 months only to count deletions and identify a later new account. The raw email is not retained in this record.
- Support communications: information you choose to include when emailing support.
Camera, photo library, and menu scanning
The menu scanner uses the camera or a photo you select to recognize menu text and show matching recommendations. Recognition and matching occur on your device. TastePilot does not upload or store the photo, recognized text, venue, or menu contents. Photo-library access is limited to the item you select through Apple's system picker.
Optional sensitive preferences and explicit consent
Answers about avoided ingredients and prioritizing alcohol-free options may reveal health-related information. These two questions are optional. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not consent: before the questions, a separate personalization step requests explicit consent to use the answers for personal notices and recommendations and, if you have an account, sync them across devices. You may choose “Not now” to skip both questions and use every other app feature without restriction. Withdrawing consent in Settings removes the consent record and the answers that depended on it from the device and synced account.
How we use data
- Provide, personalize, synchronize, secure, and troubleshoot the app.
- Calculate recommendations, recipes you can make, and allergen notices.
- Authenticate accounts and support account recovery and deletion.
- Verify purchases, restore entitlements, and apply feature limits.
- Send only the notifications you selected, safely preview target counts, verify delivery, and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
We do not sell personal data, serve behavioral advertising, or track users across other companies' apps and websites.
Service providers and transfers
We use Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Sign in with Apple, and APNs), Google (Google Sign-In when chosen), and Supabase (authentication, database, and server functions). These providers process data only as needed for their services and under their own applicable terms. Data may be processed outside Türkiye. We use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and apply access controls so account-linked rows are restricted to the relevant user or privileged server functions.
Retention
Account-linked profile, inventory, favorites, usage, notification-preference, and entitlement records are retained while the account is active, unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance. APNs device tokens are removed or disabled when you sign out, delete your account, disable the device registration, or Apple reports the token invalid. The post-deletion lifecycle record excludes the raw email, profile, inventory, preferences, device tokens, and entitlements; it is owner-only operational measurement, is not used for advertising or recommendations, and cannot restore a deleted account. Campaign and delivery audit records are kept only as long as needed for security and operational integrity. Local preferences remain on the device until removed by the user, the app, or the operating system. The web support form does not keep a separate copy of the full message in the site database; correspondence remains only in the support mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and deletion
You can use core features as a guest, choose whether to sign in with Apple or Google, withdraw sensitive-preference consent, change or clear “Never recommend” choices, manage service and marketing notifications separately, and pause every TastePilot delivery inside the app. System notification or camera access can also be disabled in iOS Settings. Refusing notifications does not restrict core features. Registered users can permanently delete their account and server-side account data inside TastePilot under Settings → Delete Account. You may also follow the instructions on the account deletion page or contact support.
Children and alcohol
TastePilot is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children. The app provides informational content and does not sell or deliver alcohol.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, providing notice in the app.
