KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
Bu metin, TastePilot mobil uygulaması kapsamında kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 10. maddesi uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusunun kimliği
Veri sorumlusu, Türkiye'de TastePilot'u işleten Efe Buğra Çınar'dır. Başvuru ve iletişim adresi: [email protected].
2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
- Hesap ve kimlik doğrulama verileri: takma adlı kullanıcı kimliği; Apple veya Google ile giriş seçilirse sağlayıcının paylaştığı e-posta ve kimlik doğrulama tanımlayıcıları. TastePilot bağımsız e-posta/parola ile üyelik sunmaz. Google ile Giriş, Google Sign-In SDK beyanına uygun olarak kimlik doğrulama, güvenlik, uygulama işlevleri ve analiz için cihaz tanımlayıcıları, yaklaşık konum, diğer kullanım verileri ve seçilen Google hesabında mevcutsa telefon numarası dahil hesap, cihaz veya ağ sinyallerini işleyebilir.
- Kullanıcı içeriği ve tercihleri: isteğe bağlı görünen ad, damak testi cevapları ve damak eksenleri, alerjen/kaçınma tercihleri, favoriler, bar ve mutfak envanteri, dil, görünüm, ölçü ve alkol tercihleri. “Asla önerme” içki türü ve malzeme seçimleri bu sürümde yalnız cihazda tutulur, hesaplar arasında eşitlenmez ve alerji güvenlik filtresi değildir.
- Satın alma ve kullanım verileri: App Store işlem/ürün tanımlayıcıları, abonelik ve hak kazanım durumu, menü tarama dönem başlangıcı ve başarılı tarama sayısı.
- Bildirim verileri: izin verilirse APNs cihaz belirteci, uygulama ortamı, dil, uygulama sürümü, hizmet/pazarlama tercihleri, son görülme zamanı ve teslim/hata kayıtları.
- Hesap yaşam döngüsü verileri: silme ve yeniden kayıt ölçümü için eski takma adlı kullanıcı kimliği, sağlayıcı türü, silme zamanı ve normalize edilmiş e-postanın sunucu anahtarlı tek yönlü parmak izi en fazla 24 ay tutulur; ham e-posta bu kayıtta tutulmaz.
- Destek verileri: destek talebinde kendi isteğinizle paylaştığınız bilgiler.
Menü fotoğrafı, menü metni ve mekan bilgisi sunucuya gönderilmez veya kaydedilmez; OCR ve eşleştirme cihaz üzerinde yapılır.
3. İşleme amaçları
Veriler; uygulamanın sunulması ve kişiselleştirilmesi, hesap oluşturma ve güvenli oturum yönetimi, cihazlar arası eşitleme, tarif ve öneri hesaplama, alerjen uyarıları, satın alma doğrulama ve abonelik haklarının sağlanması, kullanıcının seçtiği hizmet/pazarlama bildirimlerinin gönderilmesi ve tesliminin doğrulanması, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, destek taleplerinin yanıtlanması ve hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amaçlarıyla işlenir.
4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebepler
Veriler; uygulamada verdiğiniz cevaplar ve yaptığınız seçimler, kimlik sağlayıcıları, Apple StoreKit ve destek e-postaları üzerinden otomatik veya kısmen otomatik yöntemlerle elde edilir. İşleme faaliyetleri, niteliğine göre sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası için zorunluluk, veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğü, bir hakkın tesisi/kullanılması/korunması ve temel haklarınıza zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaat hukuki sebeplerine dayanır. Kaçınılan malzeme ve alkolsüz seçenek cevapları sağlıkla ilgili özel nitelikli veri açığa çıkarabileceğinden, ilgili iki soru isteğe bağlıdır ve sorulardan önce sunulan ayrı kişiselleştirme adımındaki açık rızaya dayanır. Rıza vermeyen kullanıcı “Şimdilik geç” ile iki soruyu atlayabilir; diğer özellikler kısıtlanmaz. Rıza, Ayarlar'dan geri çekilebilir; geri çekildiğinde rıza kaydı ve buna dayanan cevaplar silinir.
5. Aktarım ve yurt dışı işleme
Veriler, yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak Apple'a (App Store, Apple ile Giriş ve APNs), seçmeniz halinde Google'a ve kimlik doğrulama/veritabanı/sunucu hizmeti sağlayan Supabase'e aktarılabilir. Bu sağlayıcıların altyapıları Türkiye dışında bulunabilir. Aktarımlar, uygulanabilir KVKK hükümleri ve gerekli uygun güvenceler çerçevesinde, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olanla sınırlı yapılır. Veriler reklam amacıyla satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz.
6. Saklama ve silme
Hesapla ilişkili veriler hesap etkin olduğu sürece; güvenlik, uyuşmazlık, muhasebe veya mevzuattan doğan zorunlu süreler saklı kalmak üzere tutulur. APNs cihaz belirteci çıkış, hesap silme, cihaz kaydının kapatılması veya Apple'ın geçersiz belirteç cevabında silinir ya da devre dışı bırakılır. Silme sonrası yaşam döngüsü kaydı ham e-posta, profil, envanter, tercihler, cihaz belirteçleri veya hakları içermez; yalnızca silme/geri dönüş ölçümü için yetkili işletme sahibi tarafından erişilebilir ve silinen hesabı geri getiremez. Hizmet ve pazarlama bildirimleri ayrı tercihlerdir; bildirim iznini reddetmek temel özellikleri kısıtlamaz. Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yoluyla hesap ve sunucu verileri kalıcı olarak silinebilir. Ayrıca hesap silme sayfası üzerinden bilgi alabilir veya destek adresine başvurabilirsiniz.
7. KVKK'nın 11. maddesindeki haklarınız
Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya dışında aktarılan üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme, şartları varsa silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme, düzeltme veya silme işlemlerinin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerce analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 regarding the processing of personal data within the TastePilot mobile application.
1. Identity of the data controller
The data controller is Efe Buğra Çınar, operating TastePilot in Türkiye. Application and contact address: [email protected].
2. Personal data processed
- Account and authentication data: a pseudonymous user identifier and, when Sign in with Apple or Google is chosen, an email address and authentication identifiers shared by that provider. TastePilot does not offer a separate email/password account method. In line with the Google Sign-In SDK declaration, Google Sign-In may process account, device, or network signals—including device identifiers, approximate location, other usage data, and a phone number where present in the selected Google account—for authentication, security, app functionality, and analytics.
- User content and preferences: an optional display name, taste-test answers and taste axes, allergen or avoidance preferences, favorites, bar and pantry inventory, language, appearance, measurement, and alcohol-preference settings. “Never recommend” spirit and ingredient choices are stored only on the device in this release, are not synced across accounts, and are not an allergy-safety filter.
- Purchase and usage data: App Store transaction and product identifiers, subscription and entitlement status, the menu-scan period start, and successful scan count.
- Notification data: when permitted, the APNs device token, app environment, language, app version, service/marketing preferences, last-seen time, and delivery/failure records.
- Account lifecycle data: the former pseudonymous user ID, provider type, deletion time, and a server-keyed one-way fingerprint of the normalized email, retained for up to 24 months for deletion and later-registration measurement; the raw email is not retained in this record.
- Support data: information you voluntarily provide in a support request.
Menu photographs, recognized menu text, and venue information are not uploaded to or stored on the server; OCR and matching occur on the device.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to provide and personalize the app; create accounts and manage sessions securely; synchronize across devices; calculate recipes and recommendations; provide allergen notices; verify purchases and provide subscription entitlements; send the service or marketing notifications selected by the user and verify delivery; prevent abuse; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Collection methods and legal grounds
Data is obtained by automated or partly automated means through answers and choices in the app, identity providers, Apple StoreKit, and support communications. Depending on the activity, processing relies on necessity for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with the controller's legal obligations, establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Because avoidance and alcohol-free answers may reveal special-category health information, the two related questions are optional and rely on explicit consent requested in a separate personalization step before the questions. Users who do not consent may choose “Not now” and skip both questions without losing access to other features. Consent can be withdrawn in Settings, which removes the consent record and the answers that depended on it.
5. Transfers and processing abroad
Data may be transferred, only as needed for the purposes above, to Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, and APNs); Google if you choose Google Sign-In; and Supabase, which provides authentication, database, and server functions. These providers may operate infrastructure outside Türkiye. Transfers are limited to what is needed to provide the service and are carried out under applicable KVKK requirements and appropriate safeguards. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.
6. Retention and deletion
Account-linked data is retained while the account is active, subject to mandatory periods required for security, disputes, accounting, or legislation. APNs device tokens are removed or disabled on sign-out, account deletion, device deactivation, or an invalid-token response from Apple. The post-deletion lifecycle record excludes the raw email, profile, inventory, preferences, device tokens, and entitlements; it is available only to the authorized owner for deletion/return measurement and cannot restore the deleted account. Service and marketing notifications are separate preferences; refusing notification permission does not restrict core features. You can permanently delete your account and server data under Settings → Delete Account. You may also review the account deletion page or submit a secure support request. The web support form does not keep a separate copy of the full message in the site database; correspondence remains only in the support mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request and meet legal obligations.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met; request notification of correction or deletion to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
