Kayıtlı TastePilot hesabınızı ve hesapla ilişkili sunucu verilerini uygulamanın içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama içinden
- TastePilot'u açın.
- Ayarlar bölümüne gidin.
- Hesabı Sil seçeneğine dokunun.
- Kalıcı silme onayını verin.
Silme işlemi hesabı, kimlik doğrulama kaydını ve hesapla ilişkili profil, test cevapları, envanter, favoriler, kullanım ve abonelik eşleştirme kayıtlarını kaldırır. Mevzuat veya uyuşmazlık çözümü için saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar varsa yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca tutulabilir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
[email protected] adresine “TastePilot hesap silme talebi” konusuyla ulaşabilirsiniz. Hesabı bulabilmemiz için yalnızca hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresini belirtin. Parolanızı, banka bilginizi veya kimlik belgesi görüntüsünü göndermeyin; ek doğrulama gerekirse güvenli yöntemi ayrıca bildiririz.
Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your registered TastePilot account and the server-side data linked to it from within the app.
Delete from within the app
- Open TastePilot.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Deletion removes the account, authentication record, and account-linked profile, taste-test answers, inventory, favorites, usage, and subscription-entitlement mapping records. Records that must be retained for legal compliance or dispute resolution may be kept only for the required period.
If you cannot access the app
Use the secure form with the subject “TastePilot account deletion request.” Include only the email address used for your account so we can locate it. Never send your password, bank details, or an identity-document image. If additional verification is required, we will provide a separate secure method.
